Jovianteq processes technical metadata, server logs, and enterprise API usage metrics strictly to provide, secure, and optimize our software engineering services. We do not sell B2B data or source code access to any third parties.

2. Security & Encryption

All client communications, API payloads, and codebase access logs are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3. We adhere strictly to SOC2 and GDPR compliance frameworks for data anonymization.

3. Telemetry

We may collect anonymized telemetry data from our cloud infrastructure deployments to monitor CPU load, memory limits, and potential DDoS vectors. This data is retained for a maximum of 90 days.
